Do I need to be there for the whole thing?
Not always. As long as we have access and clear instructions on what goes and what stays, many jobs can happen without you standing over us the entire time. For estate cleanouts or larger jobs with detailed sorting, most people prefer to be there, at least for the first pass. If we’re running early or delayed, we’ll let you know.
